We designed this book to address grade 3 standards. Let’s Write About It! (Orange Level) focuses on teaching students how to expand their basic 3-5 sentence paragraphs into 10-12 sentence compositions with multiple paragraphs.

This is accomplished by guiding students to elaborate and add details to their writing.

Once mastered, students explore additional writing techniques such as adding inner thoughts, actions and reactions, and the “exploding the moment” memoir technique.
