In Level 2 (grades 1-2), students learn how to properly structure and build a sentence. Students practice grammar foundations while writing short, core sentences and later learning how to add details such as what, when, where, why, and how. This book uses mostly pictures to prompt sentence writing and encourage interactive, “mix and match” exercises to help students build powerful, well-structured, telling sentences.
